Formats
Strategy advice and independent second opinion for owners, CEOs and family offices, owner sparring, project steering, interim and fractional management.

For legal and tax matters we recommend established law firms and tax advisors with whom we work. For projects we draw on specialists from our network in accounting, technical and local matters as required.
The name
“Arctos” is the ancient Greek word for bear — a symbol of strength, resilience and northern orientation. The “L” stands for long-term logic and leadership: a calm, structured approach to helping owners, CEOs and investors navigate complex strategic decisions.
